Terms of Service

Refunds are generally not provided for standard reasons such as change of mind or accidental purchase. Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis. If a purchase is found to be fraudulent and this is confirmed by the bank or relevant authorities, we will gladly issue a refund.

We take security seriously. Attempting to tamper with or bypass our measures, or engaging in any malicious activities, will result in blacklisting and IP bans.

No sharing or reselling of keys is allowed. Violation of this policy may result in blacklisting and a permanent ban from our whitelist service, voiding your access to the product you've purchased.

If you believe you've been blacklisted falsely, contact the Owners/Admins to review your case. We strive to ensure fair treatment, and false bans are not our intention.

The owner reserves the right to void a key if they deem the user to be engaging in malicious activities. Such actions are only taken after careful consideration.

Users must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws while using our services.

Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and preventing unauthorized access.

While we strive for 100% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service and reserve the right for maintenance downtime.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services without prior notice.

Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from service use.

You agree to indemnify us against any claims or damages resulting from your misuse of our services.

Reverse-engineering, network stress testing, or any disruptive activities will result in immediate termination.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts for any violation of these terms without prior warning.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

If any provision is found invalid, the remaining terms remain fully enforceable.

These terms constitute the entire agreement between users and Zero Softworks.

We're not liable for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control including natural disasters or government actions.

These terms are effective as of April 1, 2025.
